Conference

Sun Yun
Co-Director of Conference
I grew up in South Korea and later moved to Japan, where I studied Economics at Kyoto University. After six years at Sumitomo Corporation helping portfolio companies in the construction machinery sector tackle operational challenges, I became passionate about how technology can reshape traditional industries. Most recently, I worked as a Product Manager at Amazon, focusing on data-driven solutions to improve cost-to-serve and profitability. As Co-Director of the Tech Conference, I look forward to convening leaders to explore the future of technology and its impact on business and society.

Jane Jieun Lee
Co-Director of Conference
I grew up in South Korea and studied Statistics and Business Administration at UC Berkeley before starting my career at Amazon, where I built data-driven solutions to improve advertising and retail experiences. I later joined Meta’s Reality Labs as a Senior Data Scientist, driving adoption of smart glasses through consumer insights and partnerships, and most recently worked at Two Sigma on AI integration in quantitative research. I’m excited to co-direct the Tech Conference and explore technology’s impact on business and society.

Katelyn Jiang
Associate Director of Conference
I’m from Shenzhen and attended Northwestern University where I studied History. After graduation, I worked in PE and VC for three years. Investing in and working with early-stage founders sparked my interest in building and scaling new products. I joined TikTok in 2023, first working on growth strategy in U.K., and then joining the launch team to build e-commerce service in Europe. Prior to MBA, I was building an AI-powered professional networking product as head of GTM and operation. I am a professionally trained classical pianist, and I love traveling and kitesurfing.

Kira Smiley
Associate Director of Conference
My name is Kira, an RC at HBS with a career in climate and oceans technology. My experience spans business development, marketing and comms, product, strategy, and customer success, with a specialization in bringing technology projects from zero-to-one and scaling internationally. I’ve led and supported projects across Norway, Chile, Japan, Iceland, Australia, and Scotland. Before HBS, I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Environmental Science from Stanford University. Outside of work, I’m passionate about outdoor sports -- nordic and alpine skiing, cycling, and running.

Ishiqua Agarwal
Associate Director of Conference
Hi, I’m Ishiqua Agarwal (pronounced Ishika, the “u” is silent) from India. I did my majors in Geology and Geophysics at IIT Kharagpur (think Ross from “Friends”!). Before HBS, I worked as a product manager for five years: four years at Flipkart (India’s leading e-commerce), building majorly for new-to-internet and e-commerce users, and then at Coinbase, leading the risk experience team to protect users from fraud and scams. Passionate about tech, I also mentored at Nextleap, an upskilling platform for product managers. Outside work, I am a dancer, love traveling, and am a big foodie.
