Dara Tan
Director of WesTrek
Prior to HBS, I worked in strategy and operations at Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading superapp, where I focused on scaling new services and enhancing partner experiences. Most recently, I interned at Amazon as a technical product manager. I began my career at a data science consulting startup in the Philippines and hope to one day build a social impact–driven startup back home. Outside of work, I enjoy board games, traveling, and oil painting.

Anmol Kandola
Director of NYTrek
I’m a second-year HBS MBA with a background in product and software engineering. Before HBS, I was a PM at startups in prop-tech, healthcare, and biotech, and began my career as a Software Engineer at Amazon after graduating from Columbia with a BA in Computer Science. At HBS, I lead the Mental Health Interest Group, directed the 2025 VC/PE Conference, and serve on the Admissions Ambassador leadership team. This past summer, I worked on Product & GTM at Jimini Health and will be an MBA Fellow at LifeX Ventures during my second year, focusing on healthcare and AI.

Charlotte Driscoll

My name is Charlotte Driscoll, and I’m an RC from Denver, CO. Before HBS, I spent four years working in San Francisco, first in Strategy at PayPal and later in Product Management at Venmo. I studied Quantitative Social Science at Dartmouth College. At HBS, I’m excited to explore novel applications of AI in traditional industries and continue building a career in tech. Outside of school, I love being outdoors with friends and experimenting with new recipes.

I've always been passionate about the intersection of deep technology, healthcare, and accessibility, and I'm excited to connect with all of you.
